Alliance Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to support international law enforcement efforts against human trafficking where capacity, resources, or access are limited. The organization works to identify new cases, strengthen ongoing investigations, and provide specialized expertise that helps move cases forward when progress slows, all while operating fully within the laws of sovereign nations. 

The origins of Alliance Rescue trace back to 2021, when the cofounders participated in their first anti human trafficking operation in the Dominican Republic. That experience exposed them to the scale, brutality, and complexity of human trafficking networks, as well as the reality that many committed law enforcement units lacked the time, funding, or flexibility to pursue cases to resolution.

In the years that followed, the cofounders remained operationally engaged, building experience, trust, and relationships with local authorities. In the summer of 2024, Alliance Rescue was formally established to provide a dedicated, lawful, and disciplined structure for supporting anti human trafficking operations at scale. 

The organization is composed primarily of former anti trafficking law enforcement professionals with backgrounds in undercover operations, surveillance, and cyber investigations. Additional expertise includes former U.S. Special Operations personnel and experienced business leaders who provide tactical and strategic oversight. This unique combination allows Alliance Rescue to operate effectively in complex, high risk, and resource constrained environments. 

Operations began and remains anchored in the Dominican Republic, where leadership has maintained a continuous and robust operational presence. Over time, efforts expanded to include a Haitian investigative unit focused on cross border fugitive tracking. Alliance Rescue has built trusted working relationships with senior Dominican government officials, U.S. Embassy partners across the Caribbean, and anti-trafficking units within INTERPOL that extend Alliance Rescue’s access across the globe. Partnerships also extend into Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and other parts of Latin America.
Alliance Rescue operates selectively, choosing partners carefully and avoiding environments where corruption undermines outcomes or misuse of precious resources. This approach protects the mission, preserves integrity, and ensures efforts remain effective.
